Freeze were amazing.
I have to say I was a bit unsure about using an app to try and sort out my finances. Freeze were amazing. The process was quick and friendly. All the staff were super nice and squashed any fears I had about my situation. I now have my debt under control with a manageable monthly payment.

I’m so relieved and happy.
For a long time, I’ve been getting into more and more debt. As soon as payday would come, my debts would be paid straight away, leaving me with nothing for the month. I saw an ad on Facebook for Freeze Debt, so thought I would give it a go as I had nothing to lose. They have been nothing but helpful and understanding! I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I’m so relieved and happy with not only the outcome, but the service and the help these guys give – always there if you need help with anything. 100% recommend to anyone with debts they can’t seem to get rid of.

Positive and uplifting.
From the start, the staff were great. Very patient, understanding, and they genuinely cared about what was going on and how you felt. They deal with things very quickly and just by the way they speak to you, the weight is lifted straight away. All very positive and uplifting. I cannot recommend these people enough, and there is no pressure like you find with many others.
