Fantastic and helpful team who will look at different debt solutions based on your circumstances. Contact via the app messaging is really handy when phone calls aren't always possible. Although we didn't actually go down the debt solution route in the end, I'd still highly recommend getting in touch as the team clearly (and in a non-judgemental way) explain the different resolutions available. Special thanks to Jonathan for his patience and care in dealing with our case.

This has got to be the best service available if you are worried about your finances. If you're anything like me and have trouble talking on the phone then this service is perfect for you. Everything is done in the app, you can send all your information really easily and the people are really friendly. There is maybe a 20 minute phone call at the end to agree your options but I didn't feel stressed at all. Now I can breathe again and stop worrying about my finances.

I learnt the hard way that debt doesn’t go away. I downloaded the app and signed up. I entered my debts directly from my credit report and I was given options straight away. Everything is done through the app, so there’s no anxiety with phone calls. Everything is also completed by Freeze so you don’t have any paperwork. First time in 20 years I have my money under control.

Honestly the best thing I ever did. My mental health and anxiety hit an all time low due to debt, but being able to communicate my issues via chat was a massive first step. When I did have a phonecall they weren't judgemental and talked me through what to expect at the next step. I can't recommend Freeze enough, they were fantastic.

Painless and fast, after a long time with my head in the sand it all came crashing down on me. I couldn't afford to get to work so I asked my boss if I should quit. He put me in touch with this amazing app and I sent an enquiry. It's so easy to fill in your debts and then customer service text you so you don't need to have the embarrassing first conversation in person or over the phone.
